NAPP’s Darkroom Magazine for Lightroom

March 19th, 2007

Darkroom MagazineThe National Association of Photoshop Professionals (”NAPP”), the publishers of Photoshop User magazine, have introduced their latest Darkroom magazine, the “How-to Magazine Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Users.”

Scott Kelby, NAPP President, touts the superiority of Lightroom over Bridge and Camera Raw: “I think Lightroom is better than Adobe Bridge (both the original CS2, and the new and improved version in CS3) for sorting and comparing images, editing a photo’s metadata, adding keywords-pretty much anything that Bridge does, Lightroom does better and much faster. Also, I think the controls for processing RAW photos are far superior in Lightroom than in Adobe Camera Raw in Photoshop. (Lightroom has all the controls from Camera Raw plus a number of incredibly helpful features that even Photoshop CS3 still doesn’t have.)”

Darkroom will be published 8 times a year; more information can be obtained by signing up a the following URL:
